Comfort Bridge Home Care respects the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of every client and family. Personal information will be handled with care and shared only when necessary to provide services, respond to emergencies, comply with legal obligations, or protect safety. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Non-Medical Care Disclaimer

Comfort Bridge Home Care provides non-medical home care services only, including companionship, personal support, supervision, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, and daily living support. We do not provide: medical treatment, skilled nursing services, medical diagnosis, medication prescribing, emergency medical services. Clients and families are responsible for contacting licensed healthcare providers or emergency services when medical care is needed.

Emergency Policy

In the event of a medical emergency, caregivers may contact 911 first and then notify the client’s emergency contact or family member as soon as possible.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment terms will be outlined in the client service agreement. Whenever possible, clients should provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation of ongoing services. Comfort Bridge Home Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving: unsafe working environments, abuse or harassment, nonpayment, or situations beyond the scope of non-medical caregiving services.
